I've had a forced break from training for a few weeks while I've been ill, but I'm back in good health now and with just under 2 months until the event I'm thinking I've really got to push things up a gear. I've heard varying reports from the other team members on their training. Gurinder's running 10km 3 times a week! Several are in and out of the gym all week running, cross training and so on, and Lindsay has been walking some extreme distances with his back pack full of bricks!
